Family
Seagers Construction is owned and operated by three brothers: Raymond, Patrick, and Stuart Seagers.
Raymond is the general contractor and has over 20 years experience in the construction industries. He built homes in the Colorado Front Range starting in the late 1990s, before moving back to New Mexico in 2004. He prides himself in building some of the highest quality homes and remodels in the state of New Mexico. Raymond attended Colorado State University and studied Wildlife Biology. He is married and has one daughter.
Patrick is a construction manager for the homes that we build. He and Raymond work as a team ensuring that all of the homes are built to the highest quality standards. Patrick was a Captain in the US Army Reserves and served two tours in Iraq. His work experiences include building homes in Georgia, Colorado, and New Mexico. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and New Mexico Military Institute. He lives in Albuquerque and has one daughter.
Stuart is a full-time realtor based out of Edgewood, NM and he can assist in finding his customers the perfect lot of land to build on. Stuart is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is actively involved in many community volunteer programs. He is married with two children.
